Never stop believing in your dreams. Your deepest desires can be yours, but it is necessary that you believe with everything in you, that you will receive them. For all of us going through hard times, we must remember things will not be this way forever. Our lives change. Better times are ahead.
Have the faith, trust and confidence that it will come about.
Believe it as though you already have it.
Whatever your vibrational frequency is, you attract things to you that will match that frequency.
To raise your vibrational frequency, maintain a mindset of peace, joy and positivity. Things such as gratitude, spending time in nature, meditation practices, eating healthy foods, exercising and surrounding yourself with positive people and experiences will improve your vibration and raise your frequency. Shifting from low frequency emotions like fear to a higher frequency such as love can and will shift your energetic state.
Consciously count your blessings to shift your focus from a lack mentality to being greatful; improving your mood and overall happiness.
Cultivating more positive thinking will automatically align you with higher frequencies. Being kind and spreading positivity naturally elevates your energetic vibration. Avoid negative people that will instantly lower your energy. Avoid listening to negative media.
One of the most important things we must do is forgive those who have wronged us; not necessarily for them but for you.
Hanging on to the negativity associated with this type trauma is a very heavy burden to bare.
Eating healthier, consuming whole foods, fresh fruits and vegetables, nourish your body in the way it needs. Drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated. This flushes bad toxins from your body. These things strengthen your support system, and the improvement of your energetic vibration.
Moving your body also releases
stagnant energy and boosts that energetic frequency.
Engage yourself in creative activities; painting, writing, singing...that sort of thing.
Listen to high vibrational music or podcasts to raise your energetic environment.
Practice being still. It is within this meditative stillness you are able to connect to the Creator. It calms you and relieves stress within you. Slowing down your mind will cause wonderful things to occur.
I write the things I desire in my journal, writing them as though I already have them. I speak them outloud often verbally affirming my thoughts and desires.
Once you start understanding that you attract things into your life that match your vibration, you will begin to realize why things are not happening the way you want them to. You are stuck in a lower vibrational frequency. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE THAT.
