"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 59

God did not create once and then end it.  God continuously creates new things.  Humans can always expect to see new things within that creation.  Since we are created in the image of God, we also will create things within our history.  Humans have a connection with nature itself and therefore are co-creators that our God source has created to continue bringing more things into existence as part of His plan.  The reality we exist in is the reflection of our inner selves.  So it is simple, yet profound;  we create our own reality by what we are thinking and feeling about ourselves within.  You may be wondering how can what I think about have an affect on the world around me. Well, its like this.  It has to do with the power of attraction. Like attracts like.  Our thoughts and emotions emit vibrations to attract people within that vibration as well as circumstances and events that resonate with them.  Think about this.  Do you often wonder why everything seems to go wrong when you are in a bad mood.  That is not a coincidence.  You are literally attracting negative experiences because your internal environment is hostile.  On the other hand, when your mood is good, everything seems to go smoothly.  All the little things that occur such as getting that parking spot, getting ahead at work and even receiving a compliment...also, no coincidence.  You are receiving what you are attracting because you're internal environment is now favourable.  Indeed, when you look at things from this perspective, it is quite simple.  Just as our outer world is a reflection of our inner world, other people's perception of you is a reflection of them. Also,  your response to them, is an awareness of you.  Countless numbers of people are transforming their lives by applying this principal.  Remember, you ARE the creator of your own reality, NOT a manager of your circumstances.  You have the power to shape your life in any way you choose.
Don't let things outside yourself dictate your happiness.  Take charge of your internal environment and watch the magic happen.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 58

"Escaping the matrix" means breaking free from a perceived illusion or controlled environment.  It is waking up from what seemingly is a real reality.  You start questioning what is considered normal for society and start living life according to your own understanding.
This is not a literal escape but rather a metaphor for breaking free from mental constraints or limiting beliefs.  You start searching out deeper truths.  Deciding to escape this illusion requires awareness and a willingness to challenge the existing perceptions.  Shed all those outside influences.  Society has determined you need to act a certain way, look a certain way and think a certain way.  We need to break free from this unfulfilling existence.  The matrix is the status quo we feel trapped in.  It's not easy to break free, but it can be done.  The matrix theory is based on the idea that the world is like a computer game, with a set of rules and algorythms that determine how it all works.  We need to escape this web of thoughts, expectations and assumptions that create our worldview.  Journey beyond the veil of this matrix.  Reclaim your authentic self, embrace nature and think critically for your own self.  It's all a simulation; all you have to do is just look around you.  You must embrace your inner rebel.  Do not be afraid to challenge the norms and take risks.  A first step in escaping this matrix is to question your reality.  Do not take everything at face value.  Question everything you think you know about your reality.  Reflect on your experiences and try to understand whether or not they make sense in the grand scheme of things.  Seek out knowledge and truth by reading books, watching documentaries and seeking out new experiences.  Learn about different cultures and their belief systems.  Seek out experts in different fields that interest you and ask them questions.  Practice mindfulness by being in the present moment and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings without judgement.  Mindfulness will help you break the illusions.
Question authority. In the matrix authority figures are often corrupt and seek to maintain control over the masses.  Question these people and don't be afraid to speak out against injustice and inequality.
Connect with likeminded individuals.  Seek out communities that share your interests and beliefs.  These people will be supportive of your journey and provide guidance and inspiration for you as well.
Self awareness is the key to unlocking your potential. By cultivating your self awareness, you begin to understand your true nature and the illusions which are keeping you trapped.   Practicing self care is also important by getting enough rest, eating healthy and exercising regularly.  Take time to do things that bring you joy and reduce stress in your life.
Find your purpose in life by asking yourself what you are passionate about and what brings meaning to your life.   Once you know your purpose, you can direct your energy towards achieving that goal.  Lastly, take action.  Use the knowledge and skills you have acquired to make a difference in the world.  Be the change you want to see in this world and inspire others to do the same.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 57

Synchronicity is the idea things happen by chance but seem to be meaningfully related; things happening in an improbable way that have some significant meaning for you. It is by all accounts, a personalized message for you that connects your inner self with your outer reality.  As I posted previously, the cross which appeared in my powder compact was one such occurrence.  It was enlightening and wonderful to me, because I had just become a new christian.  I had actually, that very day, asked the Lord in prayer to let me know if I was on the right path.  It was an  awesome feeling and definitely an immediate knowledge that it was a message meant for me in response to my prayer.  Every compact I had ever owned wore down in a complete circle in the center.
Another time, was after I had recently broken up with the man I love.  During our relationship, blue hearts had been a symbol of our love because I would tell him that I loved him deeper than the bluest ocean.  My daughter and I were loading the contents of my storage unit onto a moving truck to transport it back home.  I was feeling very down about the relationship that day; I missed him so much. While I was taking a short break, something caught my eye a few feet away on the concrete.  I walked over to see a blue crystal heart embedded in the concrete.  I could not believe what I was seeing, but once again, I knew immediately of it's message. Everything was going to be alright; from that time forward,  I knew in my heart that we would reunite at some point in our lives.  We both had alot of growing up to do before that could happen though;  alot of healing...
I have experienced quite a few of these type messages.
Also, as my awakening continues, the repeating numbers I see on clocks, oven timers and even receipts, have meant so much more than any coincidence possibly could. They are referred to as angel numbers.
You have probably heard of the 11:11 number being seen at certain times on a clock or  whatever.  That's how this all began for me.  If you keep seeing the same number(s) alot,  you can google that particular angel number to see what meaning it holds. These numbers are used by our angels and spirit guides to relay messages to us in the physical world.  By acting as a bridge between our inner and outer realities, these magical coincidences express the dreamlike nature of our waking reality.  Have you ever experienced a visit by butterflies or red birds after the loss of a loved one?  I most certainly have, to the point I know who they are from.  Yellow butterflies are sent to me by my maternal grandmother, while I see cardinals in regard to my father. These are also a different type synchronicity people often see. It is possible to successfully harness and become more in tune with this universal law.  Simply put, seeing 11:11 on a clock is really no big deal, but if you consistently keep seeing that sequence of numbers, it becomes something statistically significant.  It becomes unexplainable, making it a magical and quite inspiring occurrence in your life.  Paying attention to what you were thinking at the time of the synchronicity, can be very helpful.  Following along the path of being aware of the synchronicities in your life, will further align you with universal energies, tranforming your life in ways you cannot fathom.  During a synchronicity, your higher self or spirit guide is telling you to take note of the divinity within that precise moment.
Meditation is the key to reaching the correct state of mind for becoming aware of the synchronicities in your life.  When you reconnect with source energy, as meditation does, many great things happen.
It will clear mental blocks, neutralize stress, reduce anxiety, bring the body into a state of relaxation, slow your heart rate and strengthen your immune system as well.  As meditation beneficially changes your body and mind,  you will find it much easier to pick up on anything your spirit guides are trying to tell you.  Synchronicity is a by- product of meditation;  small signals to get your attention to pause, reflect and think deeply about a situation thats been on your mind.  We are all on our own journey with its own set of synchronistic messages.
Meditate friends; become attuned to what your angels are trying to tell you,  to help you along this pathway we call life.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 56

We all have a part to play in reconnecting the world.  Our world is in deep separation from God source.  We all need to return to oneness with our creator so that faith in humanity can be restored.  There are many souls out there that have lost all faith.
We need to restore that which has been lost.  For far too long, we have been forced to believe things that keep us separated from God, rather than having a true connection with Him.
I am ready to embrace my soul's mission in order to bring our people back to the light within this incredible darkness.  I want to help people live in the greatest versions of themselves.  I want to inspire them and guide them to healing their wounded hearts.  I will encourage healing of the earth one soul at a time.  I will walk through my reality balancing the light and the darkness.  Without the darkness, the light cannot shine brightly outward from within that darkness.
We are all very unique beings that I hold great love and respect for. To come to love unconditionally, one must first love themselves.  For many, that may sound egotistical, but it is the truth.  You typically will want to put your children ahead of yourself, but then you will realize that to love and take care of your children, you must first love and take care of yourself.   If you aren't taking care of yourself, there's no way you can expect to care for others.
We have people who have little to no respect for others.  If you do not respect others, you most certainly do not respect yourself either.  We are all in great need of inner healing;  healing from within to get to the cause of the negative self images we hold.  Most of these type situations are caused by childhood traumas that have gone unchecked; baggage buried so deeply within ourselves that we are not even aware of it anymore. People will unknowingly graduate to adulthood carrying with them some deeply problematic issues that will cause relationships to fail in the present.   If we search out our creator from within ourselves, we can start to receive the healing we need.  We are all worthy of receiving the love we desire. Whether we know it or not, we are all someone else's guiding light.  When our God given light has been extinguished, it will cause a domino effect where one after another will fall into darkness.  In the same way, once we heal, we can plant seeds of love with every person we come into contact with, causing a likewise constantly growing and strengthening love effect, one person at a time.  Then those people will plant more seeds of love;  and so on and so on.
What our species has been fighting against is nothing short of pure evil.  We are right now, at this very moment, in the middle of the battle of good versus evil.  God is here in our midst, along side us, helping us fight for our victory over the darkness, every step of the way.
Once people come to the realization that we are not separate from God, but rather in oneness with God, things will begin to make alot more sense.
God exists within our hearts.  God is not a separate being as we have all been taught to believe.  As I have said before, every living being is connected.  This includes everything that is alive, whether plants, animals or people.  We are all one with God source. We are not a separate individual apart from the source of all but all a part of one consciousness.
What is God source energy?
God is an energy that created all things. Think of God as the energy of the universe and the presence of that energy that lives within us.  When we awaken to God source energy being within us, that is what is referred to as the Holy Spirit.
We become aware that God is not just an energy but a loving energy.  God sources us directly when we surrender our lives to Him. Stop worrying and trying to handle everything on your own; hand all your worries over to Him.  By tapping in to our inner selves, we then cultivate a sense of purpose and meaning to our lives.
We then will experience a profound peace and fulfillment within ourselves.  This is what I want for each of you out there; to experience the feelings of peace within yourself that I feel.  It is living your life unapologetically.   We have been taught that hell is an external location.  Just as God source lives inside us, hell is a state of our own mind or inner turmoil that we create within ourselves through our thoughts, actions and choices.  The negative aspects of our own mind is what we can call our own personal hell.  It is our own responsibility to create within ourselves our own state of heaven or hell by how we respond to different situations and manage our inner state.  A solid truth is that we create our own reality, whether good or bad.  That is why negative thought patterns can be such a danger to us all.  We need to be free of this negativity.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 55

I feel things starting to shift in my reality.  Do you feel it?  Some major changes are coming in our lives, and are not too far down the road.  I can feel the electricity pulsing through me;  the electric charge of justice is on it's way for us.
We are living within a matrix; a virtual reality where we as humans are controlled by a select few as though second class citizens in our own lives;
lives made up of what society calls normal.  If you only knew just how true this is, it would freak alot of you out.  We are told what they want us to know, nothing more.  Everything we know to be the truth, isn't.  They say history books will have to be rewritten.  They have molded us as a people into who they say we are supposed to be; and given a world full of lies and half truths.  If I could save you from having to go through your waking up to the truth, I would love being able to do so.  You are just not going to believe the magnitude of their lies.  My heart hurts for us all.
I realize that many of you are not going to be able to accept what the reality is.  I know there are  many other species living on Earth already, and have been for a very long time, but we have been  taught, as humans,  we are the only ones here.
That is so not true...however, what is true, is that humans are the only species being made to pay to live here.  They have kept us in a space where we could be easily controlled.  A place, where over time, we would accept whatever we were told as being the truth.  It has happened so subtly, that nothing we were told has ever been questioned.  If you think about even the last 4 or 5 years, really think about it, you will possibly start realizing some things, some terrible things, that are our reality.  Why did they take such tremendous steps in making sure we were all vaccinated.  I will guarantee you, it is totally opposite of what you are thinking; and quite scary to think about.  The reality of what they have been doing is mindboggling.  I really wanted this to be a dream I could wake up from, but sadly, it is not a dream.
The matrix refers to the systems and structures of society that keep us bound to the traditional ways of living and working.  Another eye opener is the fact that God never intended for us to have to work so hard for what little good it does us.  With time, things will become more and more apparent, this was a plan all along, to keep us fighting to keep our head above water, while totally lining the pockets of the negative nonhuman species.  These plans include societal norms, cultural expectations, educational institutions and corporate structures that prioritize making a profit over caring for the people.  A person would have to be blind to not see that happening in our lives today.  We are told how to think, how to feel, how to act and what our expectations should be.  They have made it extremely difficult to live our lives on our own terms.  We are taught that having a formal education is the only way to make it in this world.
Well, in all honesty, formal education is not for everyone, nor is it all that matters.  Individuals also learn through informal means that are just as important such as self-directed learning, on-the-job training and personal experience.  We are  looked down on if we do not have a formal education, but  I say that the personal aspect of learning is just as important if not more important.  Personal experience, to me, is by far your greatest teacher.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 54

Connecting with Christ consciousness is a spiritual practice characterized by attaining a state of awareness of unconditional love, compassion and the unity with all beings.
Within this self reflection you are choosing to embody love and forgiveness in your daily life;  experiencing a deep connection with the Divine within oneself.  Within this oneness with all creation, you recognize that all beings are interconnected and a part of a greater whole.  You cultivate a deep love for yourself and others, regardless of the circumstances; being empathetic and letting go of any resentment you feel towards yourself or others.  You want to go about your day uplifting and supporting those around you.
Connecting to Christ consciousness:
Dedicating time to quiet reflection and connecting to a higher power, practicing mindfulness by paying close attention to your thoughts and emotions in the present moment,
focusing on the positive aspects of life and expressing gratitude for them, intentionally performing acts of kindness and compassion for others, examining your personal beliefs that may hinder your expression of love and studying spiritual teachings and traditions that align with the concept of Christ consciousness.  Reaching Christ consciousness is a continuous process of personal growth and
transformation.
Christ consciousness means being in the highest state of intellectual development and emotional maturity.  It embodies the selflessness exemplified by Christ.  Each person's path to Christ consciousness is unique to the individual.
You can turn your attention to your heart center and invision a
light beginning to activate.
It is important to remember that we have two forms of consciousness.  There is the consciousness that is a part of our everyday lives; and then there is a more profound type of consciousness, the higher consciousness, which has the power to put you in touch with God.  It is an elevated way of thinking and living that transcends beyond the fear of the material world.  Higher consciousness is a state of freedom from the limitations of our egoic selves.
We will, all in time, come to realize that the idea of religion was man-made and not created for our highest good but to hold control over the people.  This is a solid truth. There are many many things that have been hidden from the beginning, for centuries or even millennia.  Spirituality is led by our soul itself, not by a man-made design.  I will always believe, in my heart, that this may be the reason for so many people lacking any true connection between their heart chakra and God.
Never forget, that through  balancing your God frequency, UNCONDITIONAL LOVE IS OUR ULTIMATE GOAL...

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 53

This day we are living in, we have lost touch with the true meaning of gratitude.  It is completely understandable as gratitude requires stillness and reflection; two things which are very difficult in our busy, overstimulated lives.  As a result we are missing out on the benefits, which is greater than many people realize.  When struggling with anxiety and depression in this fast paced world, gratitude may be the last thing on your mind.
People love to be appreciated.
Gratitude for yourself is a great thing and is very beneficial, but expressing your gratitude toward others makes it real for you and beneficial to the recipient. Expressing your gratitude can build connections up and improve your relationships.
Gratitude helps us refocus on
positive emotions.  It guides us to take an optimistic approach to the challenges we face in life. This is important to building your resilience and by building resilience we improve the quality of our life; we will bounce back from hardships we encounter with more ease.  I try to practice gratitude no matter what my circumstances may be.  There is always going to be something you can find to be grateful for. Being grateful makes you happy about the positive things you do have in your life; the people we love who love us, even a stranger who was kind to you in some way.  It will turn bad things into good things.  Having problems at work?  Be grateful you have work.  Be grateful for the challenges.  Without them, life could be boring.  We learn too from the challenges.  They make us stronger people.  It is hard to complain about the little things when being grateful that your children are alive and healthy and likewise difficult to complain about paying bills when you are blessed with a roof over you head.  So you see the point I am trying to make;  there is always a positive to be realized along with anything negative.  It will remind you to say thank you to someone.  The simple act of saying thank you to someone can make a tremendous difference in their life.  Just taking the time to stop and tell them why you are grateful towards them is important to them. People love being appreciated for who they are and what they do.  It costs you very little but makes someone else happy and therefore makes you happy as well.  As I had mentioned before, keeping a gratitude journal has tremendous positive benefits for you.
I will remind you, friends, to be grateful for all the not so great things that happen in our lives.
These are your opportunities for growth and creativity.  All these times can be unfortunate, stressful, harmful and sad but the same things CAN BE looked at in a more positive way.
Be thankful for not having everything you desire.  If you did, what would there be to look forward to?  Be thankful for your limitations because they give you the opportunity to learn.  Each new challenge you face builds your character.  Be thankful for your mistakes, they will teach you valuable lessons.  Be thankful for being tired and weary because it means you've made a difference.
It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fullfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.
GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.  Find a way to be thankful for your troubles and they CAN BECOME your blessings.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 52

For so long I had longed to be free of worries.  The more I wanted that worry free life though, the further it seemed to be from my grasp.  There are many things a person can find to worry about.  I am like everyone else,  I worried about everything.  If I found I didn't have anything to worry about, I would worry about that too.To free yourself from a mental prison takes work, but it can certainly be done. For the longest time, I just thought, when will my life get better?  To wait around on something in your life to magically change to get you out from under whatever worries you are dealing with, it is just not going to happen.  In my case, the addiction I had to borrowing money on a consistent basis was by far my worst issue.
Only healing the root cause of that issue was going to work to take that stress away.  By taking true action on my healing, I have gone from feeling that I had no choice but to borrow more money to get me out of trouble to actually not jumping quickly to that kind of conclusion and I do not do that anymore, thank goodness.   I went from lying about finances or anything else I felt I needed to hide, to telling the truth with much more ease.
The release from all that stress has been absolutely wonderful.
I said all that to say this.  There are so many wonderful reasons to go inside yourself and ask the Divine to help heal your brokenness.
To now live my life with no major worries is a special gift that God has blessed me with.  I am at the point in my recovery now, that I can hold myself accountable on any decisions in regard to money.  If I do say so myself, I am very proud of how far I've come.  Peace of mind is tranquility, it is a calmness and a great freedom.
It is a feeling of being safe and protected.  You can be comfortable in your own skin.
How wonderful to be content with your life.  You can handle minor stressors and keep a positive outlook.  Facing uncomfortable truths in life is a difficult thing to accomplish; but oh, the outcome that leads to  that inner turmoil being forever gone.
God knows exactly what any of us are going through. He loves us. Worry steals a calm mind.
God does not want you living in a constant state of worry.
Another thing that worry is, is a heartfelt opportunity to trust God... Worrying is an exercise in futility.  You jump to conclusions without first getting all the facts.
Worry leads to fear and stress, not faith and rest. Take time to sit still in your thoughts and you will receive alot of valuable insight.  I have never regretted  my healing journey.  It is not easy to heal all your underlying issues;  it does take time, but it is your direct line to freedom and happiness.  Once all your healing is complete, you will come out of it a new person.  A person who has truth as a priority and a calming energy; a brand new zest for life.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 51

Our lives are made up of all the many memories that have formed who we are; the good, the bad and the ugly.
Memories are the built in diary we carry within us.  The thing is, we tend to focus on the negative memories over the good ones.
A persistent recall of negative memories are a defense mechanism but can also lead to depression and anxiety.  Research has shown that if the positive aspects of a negative memory are focused on rather than the negative experience itself, than the focus can be shifted to a more positive one;
that's something to think about.
Growing memories are the process of developing and changing the memories we have over time.  Memories are a complex cognitive ability that is important for learning, thinking and developing a sense of self.  Everyone has lifetime memories that consist of things like the birth of a baby, a wedding day,
graduating from college, experiencing a beautiful sunset with someone you love or a significant accomplishment that brought you immense pride.  If they were all put together it would be like a motion picture of your life.  These type memories are often brought back to your conscious mind.  They are usually wonderfully happy memories and therefore are tied to strong emotions such as joy, love, excitement or even sadness sometimes,  making them particularly vivid and lasting.  Major life events create very powerful lifetime memories.  Memories that involve deep connections to others tend to stay with us the longest.  The best moments of our lives will guide us to a better more enjoyable world.
There are those memories we have stored away though that are anything but enjoyable or happy ones.  Children who experience trauma are the ones who experience severe damage in their formative years.  When the traumatized child reaches adulthood, the tramatic events could have a lasting negative effect on their health and well being;  those negative memories are remembered as an adult.  The child that has been abused, neglected or exposed to traumatic events, has a much higher chance of having rather severe health issues as an adult; alcoholism, depression, smoking, eating disorders, high risk sexual behaviors and certain chronic diseases to name a few.  The promotion of proper care for the most vulnerable, our children, will give them a chance for a happy, healthy and productive life.  For all those who have dealt with negative childhood memories; you need to show  yourself kindness and compassion.  We need to try and step away from the memory, and acknowledge our emotions in regard to it.  Try your best to keep yourself aware of the present moment and live in it as much as possible. Bringing a therapist onboard can also help with other coping strategies.  For those who keep replaying their past negative memories, some have had good results by reenacting the childhood memory and replacing it with a positive outcome.   Every time you remember a negative memory, you are strengthening the neural pathway and the memory will live on.  By not intentionally recalling a bad memory, however, the neural pathway weakens and you will eventually start to forget.
Keep loving yourself no matter what. You have to hold love for yourself within your heart before love for anyone else can grow and thrive.  Be patient with yourself.  Reprogramming your negative memories takes time.
Please remember, you have always been worthy of being treated well, whether an adult or child.  I have found that relaxation techniques help me cope with bad memories.  It is important to try to avoid things that trigger your past negative memories.  Following is a great trauma prayer I found:

Trauma Prayer

Lord, In the midst of my trauma and pain, I seek your healing.
You know the depth of my wounds and weight of my burdens.  I ask that you bring comfort to my heart and peace to my mind.  Mend my brokenness and guide me towards a path of restoration.
Give me the strength to lean upon your promises.  Give me the courage to embrace the journey towards healing.  I trust in your unwavering love as the ultimate source of hope and renewal.

Amen

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 50

I will talk about the differences between spirituality and religion.  They are related, but are two different concepts.  Spiritualty is personal and flexable while religion is more organized.  The focus of spirituality is a personal connection to the Divine.  Religion on the other hand is  more organized and ritualistic.
Spirituality can be expressed in many different ways, where as religion is embedded in institutions.  Beliefs within spirituality are inclusive and embrace many pathways to the truth.  Religion most of the time is exclusive; people of different belief systems are excluded.  A spiritual person values direct experiences such as meditation. For a religious person, attending worship services is what holds great meaning for them. Personal growth and connection to what is sacred is the goal for a person who is spiritual.  For the religious, there are wider goals including physical, social and psychological.  Spirituality can be a vital part of traditional religious life, however, it can also
be expressed in nontraditional ways.
I am very spiritual, but not so much religious.  As I posted previously, an organized church service is really not for me.  This is something that is left to the individuals' preferences.  Spirituality is about seeking your own unique path to the truth.  Having an awakening spiritually is often described as a profound realization or shift in your consciousness.  It can manifest in many different ways; such as a sense of clarity, a deep understanding of your purpose or a feeling of unity with all existence.  A spiritual awakening
can be spontaneous or brought about after prolonged spiritual practices.  It often leads to a change in perspective or lifestyle.  How does spirituality affect your mental health?  It can offer a sense of purpose, provide comfort in times of stress and grief and create a sense of belonging.  It is important to approach spirituality in a way that is healthy and supportive of your mental health.  It is only one component in your approach to your well being. Spirituality can be explored in many ways; through structured study or religious text, personal experiences and intuition and also through guided meditation or retreats.
When facing any challenges, connect with nature or a higher power for guidance.  You can engage in calming techniques as well.
Religion is a range of social cultural systems including designated behaviors, practices, morals and beliefs as well as texts, worldviews and organizations.  They relate humanity to supernatural, transcendental and spiritual elements.  Religious practices include rituals, sermons, commemoration of deities or saints, meditation, prayer, music and dance.  The study of religion is comprised of a wide variety of academic disciplines.
Every individual will know in their heart what feels right to them.  Atleast that is how it was for me. Spirituality and religion can certainly intersect and both can be important resources for your well being.
There are alot of people out there, however, who feel spirituality is not a good practice....nothing could be further from the truth.   If your heart tells you it is right for you, it will be.  On the other hand, if a more organized dicipline is what you need, you will feel it.
Just because I am more spiritual, does not mean I am lacking morals.  I have been in church all my life and it was not until I began my spiritual journey, that I found I was called towards the path of spiritual enlightenment.  Contrary to the way some believe,  you DO NOT have to be inside a church building to receive your salvation.  You would be shocked to know how many believe that is so.  I can promise you that if it had been left up to me to walk the isle at church, my salvation would have never been received.
My Heavenly Father met me all the way; not half way. That's the truth. I was at home alone. Please understand, if you think you have to prepare yourself and be perfect before giving your life to God...you do not.  He wants you to come as you are.    It is just a matter of believing and simply asking Him to come into your heart.

Now__
Here are your most enlightening facts about religion versus
spirituality-

__Religion__
Worships God
God is outside of you
Separates people with different beliefs
Teaches people to be fearful of God
Based on fear and restriction
Based on other's experiences
Led by people

__Spirituality__
Encourages oneness with God
God is within you
Unites people regardless of beliefs
Based on love and freedom
Based on your own personal experience
Led by your soul

May each of you find your heart's peace and fulfillment.

I love you all,

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 49

Spiritual journaling is a very therapeutic practice.  In involves writing down your thoughts, feelings and experiences.  It is a very good way to connect with yourself and express your creativity.  To start journaling, start small.  Do not pressure yourself into writing about a certain subject or writing alot.  You can maybe write a little about something that has inspired you, or what you are thankful for.  Looking over what you've written can keep you motivated and focused.
A wonderful idea would be to start a gratitude journal. Pen what blessings you are thankful for in your life.  You could set your intentions for what you want to accomplish during the day.  Affirmation journals can help you build both your spiritual growth as well as personal growth.
Other than meditation, journaling is my way of connecting with my inner self.  I write down my ambitions, dreams and things in regard to my shadow self.  Everyone has a dark side to their personality.
Your shadow self are the parts of yourself you will need to work on as you grow spiritually; and are usually the things you would rather keep hidden.  Although it will be unclear where to start, there are different journaling ideas which can be very beneficial to you.  One thing for certain is that journaling can bring you into communion with God.  It helps you express your deepest thoughts and feelings.  It will connect you with the healing presence of the divine.
Your mental health will benefit greatly from regularly writing down things you are experiencing.  It is a great emotional outlet.  By having a safe space to vent your frustrations or celebrate your joys, it is a stress reliever. It will keep anxiety in check.  Journaling helps gain insights and zone in on behavioral patterns and emotional triggers; something crucial for personal growth and mental well being. The practice of journaling will self examine your heart, meditate in your walk with Christ, record your entire spiritual journey and provide witness to future generations.
Following are a list of self-knowledge prompts for you.
They will give you some things to ponder.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 48

The process of the spiritual awakening can be different for everyone.  The process will unfold in Divine timing and take longer for some people than it will for others.  You will come to an undertanding or awareness  that there is more to who you are than you think.  Many people struggle when they answer the call later in life.  Spiritual awakening is always available to you but because of an individual's life circumstances the timing of your journey may not come about as soon as someone else's would.   There are many stages to an awakening but not everyone will experience all of them.  For many, the first stage will arise from a profound discontent of the way your life is going.  There is an intuitive knowing that simply making a living is not truly the essence of being alive.  This feeling will become more pronounced over time. This  feeling of separation from God is a catalyst for the beginning of your spiritual journey. The homesickness will finally be recognized as a sacred calling;
A call to return to your true nature.  As your hunger for truth grows, you will experience a deep questioning of your personal reality and belief systems.  This phase is about  turning your assumptions, consciousness and naratives  about the universe inside out.  This shakeup of your mental and cultural constructs can be both liberating and unsettling.  This process can be very difficult because it challenges the very foundation you have built your understanding of life on.  Next, there will be a great curiosity and you will start to seek more knowledge; knowledge about different faiths, philosophies and
teachings.  In your search for spiritual enlightenment, you will explore different paths, each offering a different perspective on reality.   You will have a burning desire to unravel the mysteries of existence and obtain a deeper sense of purpose.  Discovering new knowledge and experiences holds so much excitement and passion.  For many the need will arise for a spiritual mentor.  The truest teacher, however, will guide you back to your inner self.  As you learn,  you will know to go directly to the source of your own being.  As your awareness broadens, then there will be a purging of all your old habits, relationships and possessions which no longer resonate with your true self; sometimes gracefully, but other times with great resistance.  It is like shedding an old layer of skin.  This stage is like setting sail on an infinite ocean voyage.  As your spiritual journey deepens, you cultivate a deep sense of surrender.  Through meditation practices you learn to let go of controling every aspect of your life and embrace the present moment with acceptance.  As you do surrender to the present, you will experience a great sense of peace and contentment that would have previously eluded you.  Understanding that you are not your ego is a pivotal realization.  There will be an awareness beneath your egoic mind and in the spaces between your thoughts, you catch glimpses of your true nature.  This stage will take time for you to work through because along the way you will get drawn back into your old patterns.
As your conditioned beliefs dissolve, you will feel an indescribable bliss, love and sense of unity with all of existence. You will find profound reverence for the Earth, all beings and all creation.  You will receive the knowledge that you are not the body, emotions or an individual self, but at the core, you are pure consciousness and connected to everything. The very boundaries of self and reality will dissolve.  We are not separate selves at all.  This is the art of bringing the sacred into the mundane; walking between the worlds of wisdom and one of laundry and paying bills.
The final part of this awakening is integration; embracing the ordinary with sacred eyes.  Every moment becomes a chance to express the Divine.  Washing dishes or paying bills is no longer just a chore but an act of love and presence, a recognition of the flow of energy and resources...
All living things are connected__
Everything.  We are all of one consciousness.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 47

Every one has experienced fear at some time during their life.  Fear is a natural emotion.  It protects us from danger, however, if it becomes excessive or interfears with your daily life, it can be debilitating.  Understanding the reason for your fear would be the first step in making things better;  what were the circumstances that led to that fear.  Acknowledge that is a normal thing to feel afraid.  It is important not to suppress your fear.  Do the opposite and try and expose yourself to manageable doses of whatever you fear; becoming more comfortable over a period of time.  Challenge any negative thoughts you have in regard to what you are fearful of, replacing them with a more positive perspective.  Calm yourself with breathing exercises or meditation practices.  I will say this, if this fear you have is very severe, seek out a therapist or counselor to help you.  They can give you evidence based strategies that could be very helpful.  Focus on developing a coping mechanism, building resilience and visualizing yourself being successful at overcoming your fear.  Conquering fear does take time.  Be patient with yourself and celebrate your achievements; rewarding yourself for small steps of  progress.
Fears that can limit a person the most are those that are buried in the deepest part of your subconscious. They are emotional fears; being much more abstract than any physical threat you may face.  The most common of those being the fear of failure, not being good enough or the fear of intimacy.  Fear is often connected to core beliefs developed in the past.  They may have protected you from a perceived threat at the time but are now limiting your potential.  They can induce the fight or flight mode without being in any real danger.  Holding on to your
emotional fears does not protect you from danger, but makes you sense danger where there is none.
A prolonged activation of the fight or flight mode can cause stress, anxiety and even health problems.  It can also lead to impulsive behaviors.  When in a situation where your immune system is suppressed, it  makes the body more susceptable to infections which is certainly not a good thing.  If you are feeling overwhelmed or stressed, it is very important to find healthy ways to cope with your emotions.
Our Heavenly Father is aware His people will become fearful in life and gives us a scripture to calm our hearts.

Isaiah 41:10 says
Fear not, for I am with thee.
Be not dismayed, for I am thy God.  I will strengthen thee and help thee.  I will uphold thee with my righteous right hand.

He is reminding us that in times of fear, we are never alone.  He is always with us, lifting us up; strengthening us against our fears.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 46

You are not your name; you are not your body.  You chose to  incarnate on the earth to learn and live your heart's desire.
You are an energetic being of pure light having a temporary experience.
Being on a spiritual path means getting to know all the parts of yourself; the light and the dark.
It's a deep dive into your soul.
It is being raw and vulnerable.
It is having respect for yourself and all living beings. You will be working to heal your ego and your learned behaviors; the wounds to your soul you have endured throughout your life.  There are several types of wounds a soul may have  acquired: abandonment, guilt, trust and neglect.  Abandonment includes codependency,  feeling left out or fear of  being left.  Guilt wounds would include not liking to ask for things, using guilt to manipulate others and being afraid to set boundaries.  Trust wounds cause someone to be afraid of getting hurt, they do  not feel safe and have feelings of insecurity. Lastly, if you have a wounding of neglect, this will cause a person to get angry easily, have low self esteem and they will repress their emotions. You are going to feel uncomfortable at times. It is supposed to feel that way.  You are in the process of undoing years and years of programming and deep healing every part of your soul.  You may feel lonely because you may be waking up while everyone else around you is still sleeping.  It will be alright;  let them sleep.  Keep going and keep shining your light as the divine being you are.  It is not easy, but it is so worth it. 🌞

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 45

Being still in solitude is not easy, but necessary, as God prepares you for the next chapter of your life.  It is in the stillness that He speaks the loudest.  He is preparing you for what is to come.  All the less than perfect decisions you have made, well, you revisit them.  It is an inner healing process for your greater good.  He assures my heart that this is not a punishment,  but His healing preparation for my soul's purpose.  My life will look  different within a matter of just a few months.  In this quiet stillness, my faith is being tested.  As I look back to how I used to be and the bad decisions I have made in the past, I feel it is time to come clean on my most difficult admission of guilt.
Money issues will cause you to do unthinkable things; things that you would NEVER do under normal circumstances.
My father had left my mother a nest egg that would insure she would be cared for when she needed it.  Me, coming out of a divorce, it was an easy fix to use the quick loan system as a way to survive my day to day.  Upon doing that over a period of time, I had once again backed myself into a corner financially.  Living in the house with my mother and taking care of her, she had gotten to the point of needing help paying her bills, so I had control of her finances. I saw a way out of my money issues and made a terrible decision that haunts me to this day.  I had no way of paying off the debt I had stacked up and decided none would be the wiser; how could that money ever be missed. 😔  On my estimation, I used probably ten thousand dollars of my mother's money to pay off my debt, maybe a little more. Why, I felt justified in doing it, I just do not know.   It was a quick decision to help me breathe, releasing me from the stress I found myself under.
My sister became aware of what had happened and approached me about it.  I was so embarrassed.  What person in their right mind would do such a thing. She had access to the bank statements as well as myself and of course when that kind of money disappears...

A large part of healing is being able to speak your truth about things you've done in your life.
I have learned to speak my truth and it is for certain, the truth will set you free.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 44

A true heartfelt love is respecting the other person;  showing regard for the other person's worth.  This refers to all kinds of relationships we have within our lives.  Valuing the person's feelings and views regardless of whether you agree with them or not is very important.  You have to show respect for other people in order to come out of any disagreement unscathed.  Instead of demanding things or responses, be honest with them and be someone who can come to a mutual agreement; and expect the same from the other person. Never hurt someone on purpose; upholding the basic right that everyone has to make their own choices and feel safe.  Be a good listener. Try your best to understand their point of view.  Express your needs and wants in a calm respectful manner.
Letting people know you appreciate them goes a long way.  Give a person their space if they need it.  If someone shares something personal with you, keep it private.  Ensure your humor is sensitive to other people's feelings and never embarass someone.  Speak directly to others and do not talk behind their back.  Do not ever attack someone's character.  Do not spread rumours just because you hear the information from someone you trust;  go directly to the source to get the truth if there is something you need to know.  A respectful relationship between two people contributes to your growth and self confidence.  It also promotes healthy self-expression, enabling you to feel accepted and free to be yourself.  Being able to be your authentic self with someone else helps a person feel encouraged, valued, safe and understood.  This mutual respect for each other leads to
a childlike happiness within
your soul.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 43

The hard times we endure through our lives will one day be  our strength and our greatest blessings.  As we are in the throes of difficulty, it is hard sometimes to see the light at the end of the tunnel; which is why  we have been given the gift of faith.  Hope is not found in getting to the other side of the valley you find yourself in, but in the One who promises to walk with you every step of the way.  When God permits trials, He will also provide comfort;  In the end, everything will work out just fine.  Every adversity carries with it a future blessing.  Trials in our life show us who we are and what we are made of.  The greatest glory of living is not in never failing but in the resilience we show in the way we bounce back.  Life is going to have uncertainties.  What matters most is the lens you choose to look through.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 42

A loving heart always leaves an unforgettable impact.  People will remember the one who carries a positive loving energy within them.  Actually, they are impossible to forget.  Love is a powerful emotion that brings comfort, great joy and happiness into our lives along with a strength in difficult times.  The great love for others I feel in my heart has been with me all my life; it didn't take me long though to figure out that the love inside me was something that made me different.  Not everyone felt the same way I did. No matter how bad a person could be perceived to be, I will usually be someone who gives reasons as to why they may be like that and it could be about what they may be going through.  There is good in all of us.  It is just that some people, through having so much unhealed trauma, have taken a detour away from their happiness by way of a negative mindset.  When a person is unhappy themselves, they tend to treat others badly.  Even though they may not realize it, there is hope by first healing all the deep hurt they are unconsciously hanging on to. When they connect to their creator by going inside themselves they will have God's help in healing.  At that time, a person will be ready to love in the way God intends for us to.
Love means much more than the idea we think of
When using the words "I Love You."  It means much more than the way people use it every day.
Love is not just the way someone makes you feel.  It involves the whole person not just their emotions.  Love is all about finding the truth of love in all the different type relationships we have during our lifetime.  Love IS the reason we are here; going through different relationship lessons with the people who come and go from our lives to reach the ultimate goal...unconditional love... a love given freely with no strings attached; a compassionate love.
Love is truly the only thing that brings absolute happiness to us.
Unconditional love is a selfless act of caring without expecting anything in return.  I know alot of you are wondering... how is that  even possible.  When someone hurts you, it seems so much easier just to turn your back and hold a grudge.  Well, there you go, that's why we go through lifetimes of these lessons.  We will eventually get there, and then at that time, we will graduate and not have to return to earth again, but will be able to return to our individual planetary homes.
Unconditional love is never changing and has no bounds; such as the love our Heavenly Father has for us.  It is a relationship goal that applies to our family, friends and lovers.  It is loving without an ulterior motive or unspoken expectation.  Caring for someone's happiness without concern for how it benefits you.
There are many ways you can
show unconditional love:
Considering their needs before your own,
Showing empathy for someone when they are feeling down,
Celebrating with them when things are going well,
Telling them how important they are to you,
Being patient with their shortcomings,
Giving them space when they need it,
And supporting them through difficult times.
It is a love that remains steady,
regardless of the circumstances or the imperfections of the other person.
For all of us, IT IS the ultimate goal here,
 A WORK IN PROGRESS...

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 41

I would like to talk about our energy centers within the body.
We have seven energy chakras within our body.  The chakra system is what is used to align the body.  They play a role in our
physical, emotional and spiritual health. This energy system is the key to feeling better as you move through your day.  If more than one chakra is blocked it can lead to all kinds of problems. The seven chakras are the root chakra, sacral chakra, solar plexus, heart chakra, throat chakra, the third eye and the crown chakra.  They are located from the base of your spine to the top of your head.
The root chakra is located at the base of the spine.  It controls our stability and groundedness. If it is blocked it will cause deep fear and feelings of insecurity.  Next, is the sacral chakra which is located in the lower abdomen.
It relates to our sexuality, and creativity.  If this chakra is blocked it can cause emotional issues, mood swings and sexually obsessed thoughts.  The solar plexus chakra is located just above the navel in the top part of the stomach.  It deals with low self esteem and self doubt.  If the solar plexus becomes blocked you can experience self esteem issues.  A balanced solar plexus
 promotes confidence.
The heart chakra represents love for yourself and others.  It promotes positive traits of kindness and compassion.  When the heart chakra is out of alignment it can cause loneliness, anger and lack of trust.  The throat chakra is located at the base of your neck and represents how we express ourselves; our voice.  It helps us communicate clearly and truthfully.  If the throat chakra is blocked it will hold us back from expressing ourselves.  It will cause issues such as gossiping or speaking without thinking.
The third eye, I am sure you have heard about this before at some point in your life.  It's location is in the center of the forehead just above your eyes.  It represents our ability to see beyond what is on the physical plane,  to the spiritual realm as well. It allows us to tap in to our intuition and make better decisions. If your third eye is blocked it will cause poor judgement and an overactive imagination.  Last but certainly not least, is the crown chakra located on the top of your head.  It is connected to our spirituality, a higher consciousness and our inner self.  It is the energy center that connects us to a higher power. This is where your enlightment takes place which connects you to the Divine Creator.
These chakras are very important to us as human beings.
Chakra healing is the process of clearing out blocked energy within our bodies.  That healing can be done through yoga poses, meditation techniques, crystals, essential oils and and chakra bracelets.  These things can be used individually or together.
When you keep your energy centers balanced, you will feel happy in life, have productive relationships, clear thinking and a confidence unrivaled.
The balancing of our energy centers is something that those who have placed us inside this matrix have counted on we not find out about.  It will open our consciousness up and we will be able to use all the abilities we have been given as humans.   We are currently using only 10 percent of our brain power.
The elite have over a very very long time caused fear in us or whatever they had to do to keep us under their control, which also means they have blocked our capacity by blocking our energy centers. To go through a spiritual awakening is how we are set free from this prison.
Did you know that there are several species other than humans living on planet earth?
Some are very evil but there are also those who are really loving too.
Sadly though, we as humans are the only ones having to pay to live here. Stop and think about that...
Things are going to change for the better because God never intended for us to have to live this way. God is working to release his people from the prison we've been placed in.
The war between good and evil rages on for now, but what is to come will fill our hearts to overflowing.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 1

Hello My friends,

This is the story of my life. A spiritual journey that has brought me to the person I am today. I hope you enjoy reading about my life as much as I enjoyed writing about it.

I was born in Jacksboro, TX on July, 6th 1958. I came into the world with many spiritual gifts.

At 4 or 5 years old, I was already frightening my mother so badly she thought I must surely have something terribly wrong with me. The way I would speak about things that had not happened yet with such conviction. I did not know that I was different than everyone else around me.  My abilities were later calmed whether with medicine or some other means. When around 12 years old, I began to have prophetic dreams or premonitions. Another ability I found I had was that I could feel  the vibration of our telephone simply by walking past it. I would automatically know that it was fixing to ring and also who was calling. This was back in the day of rotary phones, no screen giving up the name of the caller.

Since I could predict who was calling, my mother soon refused to let me answer the phone. I can understand how this may have been a little creepy for my parents. They did not understand at all how I was able to do this. All I knew was that it was a part of who I was. I did not think about the fact that I was different than other people. I just did not fit in. Over time as I got older, I felt all alone in my own little world. I built a wall of protection around my heart.  I grew up with a complex in regard to my mother. When I was 2, I had a sister born. I loved her dearly but moma seemed to prefer her to me. I, on the other hand, was the sparkle in my daddy's eye. I believed as a child, the distance I felt from my mother had something to do with the closeness I had to my father. I don't know. Even after my sister and I became adults, my mother would make excuses alot as to why she couldn't spend time with me. I found once, that on the same day she could not come over, she was spending time with my sister. This was like a knife that cut me deeply. I would always cry to myself, pick myself up and keep moving ahead. I had a very forgiving heart. Regardless of what the reasons were for it, my mother and I seemed more and more distant as time went on.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 40

I do not, in the least, resemble the person I was just two years ago.
I have grown in my spirituality exponentially.  Where I used to allow myself to be someone's doormat, I am no longer that person today.  I have grown so much in my life.
What you permit in your life you have to take accountability for.  You are the only one who can change and put up some boundaries in your life and keep them.
I was a woman who would chase after the love I so desparately wanted. I realize now I had been chasing my entire life.  If a person keeps chasing a man even when the man does not put in the effort she needs from him in the relationship,  she does not have enough self worth.  She puts the partner above herself and refuses to give up on him.  She continues to accept all the excuses he gives.
Within herself, she feels she can not walk away and stays in the relationship even though she is very unhappy.  She is the only one making the effort.  He texts when he wants to, but eventually  he starts backing up and is not putting into the relationship at all as he once did.  She is absolutely miserable and left wondering what she did wrong.  Finding self worth is being comfortable with who you are.  Do not think negative thoughts about yourself.  Speak positivity to yourself excepting yourself as you are.  Accept that you have flaws; we all have them.  You must learn to set goals and challenge yourself to improve.
Work on social skills to combat shyness or not being able to express yourself.
Low self esteem and self worth have become an epidemic it seems.  With such a strong emphasis being placed on celebrities in our society, it is hard to not compare yourself to others. The most heavily impacted are young people who tend to feel very inferior to some of their peers.  It doesn't help matters when children are so cruel to one another.  Bullying is a major problem, especially  in today's schools.  I experienced this type situation firsthand with my youngest grandson.  He is autistic and it took him every bit of five years to move forward from the damage it caused to his self esteem.  Not only the bullying but also the fact the school curiculums nor teachers are prepared for children who have autism.  Something definitely needs to be done in this regard.
There are many words for how we feel about ourselves;  self esteem, self acceptance, self love, self compassion, self care and self worth.  They are all concepts with unique meanings
and purposes.  While all of these things are very important, the most vital is our self worth.
By building positive relationships, being kind to yourself and learning to be assertive you can better your self worth.  We all have something we do well.  Recognize what you are good at and build your positivity about the way you think of yourself.
Your self worth isn't tied to another person, only yourself.  Place people where they belong in your life.  Your worth is not something you earn, it is something recognized about yourself.  It is not decreased because of someone else not knowing how to value you.
Self worth is knowing you deserve the space you occupy without apology or any explanation.  The very moment you decide yourself to be worthy, the universe agrees with you.  It is a tragedy what people allow to die within themselves.  Don't ever allow someone to be your priority while you are only an option to them.  This was one of the greatest lessons I had to learn.  I know there are many more people out there going through the same things I did with my relationship.  Although very hard, my only option was to walk away because I realized I was worth so much more.
Live by choice; be motivated and not manipulated, excell and choose self esteem, not self pity.
I chose to listen to my inner voice, not the random opinion of others.
I chose to be Me...

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 39

There are some important things to take to heart when a person reaches maturity; the type friends you surround yourself with,  striving to react less; calming down before reacting out of anger, expecting nothing,  appreciating everything, always doing your very best and never telling  people everything.  Although it is true that most people don't care, there are those who secretly want you to fail; so do not tell your personal business to just anyone.  A person who is untrustworthy could decide to use it as fuel against you.  Remember,
endings in a cycle of your life are new beginnings in disguise.  Do not have the mindset that life owes you something.  Do not avoid responsibility for your own  actions.  Accept the struggles that come along.  If you want to build something worthwhile, be ready for criticism.  It's a definite.  Don't worry about things that are out of your control.  Never ruin a good day, today, by thinking about a bad day in the past.  Always live in the present.
As you know, there is that one special friend that everyone has that always has a listening ear;  and always has your back.  Loyalty is an important part of any close friendship.  They will always be there for you, no strings attached.  If a person you call your friend is not loyal and respectful and there for you when you need them, let them go.
You have to consider protecting your energy from that type person. Think about that loyal respectful friend... you need to be there for them whenever they need you and the same goes for them.
Do not give your energy to a person who is unwilling to be there for you as well.  Stop holding on to those people who are consistently letting go of you.  Some traits of people who you just can't trust are the ones who will disguise an insult as a joke, they have no problem always blaming you; never taking accountability for anything, always having an excuse for everything; they say one thing, but their actions say something else, and they will purposely plant seeds of doubt within you.
A true mark of maturity is when someone hurts you and instead of seeking revenge on them, you try to understand their situation.
You never know what the other person has been experiencing.
There are several things you can do during your day to day activities that will help improve your life:
Be still with your own thoughts or meditate atleast 10 minutes every day,
Check in with friends and family,
Prioritize your own peace and happiness, exercise a few hours every week, do an act of kindness every day,  follow through on your commitments,
always speak your true feelings, and keep a record of your goals and the deadline you would like to keep in regard to those goals.  Every day puts you a step closer to reaching them.
Breathe, and take it one day at a time.  You will absolutely prosper if you take advantage of getting up early, staying focused, dreaming big,  watching less tv; more reading, live on less than you make, doing work that  matters to you and having gratitude.
Wanting your life to be a certain way and not having the confidence to make it that way, is very tiring.
Invest in yourself.
