"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 119

We eventually have to gracefully surrender the things of our youth.  We need to nurture the strength of our spirit to shield us from our misfortunes.  Be gentle with yourselves however, you are still a child of the universe.  There is nothing wrong with the younger generation that twenty years won't cure.  😁🙄
Nothing is ever turned into light and power until it is tunneled.  And by that I mean no life ever grows until it is focused, dedicated and disciplined.
The trouble with some people is that they will never admit their faults.  Heck! I would admit mine if I had any...
The Lord sometimes takes us into troubled waters, not to destroy us, but to cleanse us and make us stronger.  Your perception of our Creator and His ways;  well...their not our ways and it leaves us confused.  The way you perceive things is very important to receiving clarity in circumstances.  It is always a good thing to give yourself a different way of looking at things.  Wisdom
is knowing what to do with what you know.  Our greatest underdeveloped territory is our mind.  Ideas are all those wonderful things we dream of but never put into action.  For your ideas to work, you have to put the work in.
To label someone a failure isn't at all fair though...  The person just started at the bottom and found they liked it there.
Some of the best and most beautiful things we have in this world, are at there core, something dreamed of and their ideals put into action. Usually it is something aspired to that gives it's creator great happiness in sharing it with the world.
When you feel you are at the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on...
God never closes one door without opening another one.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 118

The phrase "Gift of Laughter" refers to the profound impact and numerous benefits laughter has in our lives.  It is a precious resource that can heal, connect people and provide a more positive perspective.  Sharing a laugh creates a bond between people by breaking down social barriers.  Laughter is understood across all age groups, genders, languages and cultures.  It serves as a rare, universal human experience.  Laughter can provide a psychological distance from difficult situations or events giving  you the chance to step back and better deal with the circumstances.  Laughter can help a person find that shred of hope in a dark time.  It crowds tension out of our lives.  It adds joy to our work and play bringing courage for you to try again.  Laughter helps us see our personal problems with a new perspective.  Laughter builds strength and can also aid digestion.  It will quicken the mind.  It definitely mellows the mind and renews our faith in our fellowman.  Laughter is contagious, spreads contentment, gives the heartsick new hope, makes friends and converts enemies.
Remember, laughing is ALWAYS WITH and NOT AT.
Laughter is the mark of the positive spirit, of a warm and loving heart; the badge of the person who gets along well with others.
Laughter is something that we truly take for granted.  The great "Gift of Laughter" is most assuredly a wonderful resource, a magical gift from our creator to help bring us out of the darkness...

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 117

God's perfect timing (divine timing) is the belief that God orchestrates events in the universe according to His perfect plan and scheduling;  just not necessarily when we expect them to.  This concept requires faith and patience, trusting that His divine wisdom and will for our lives is most beneficial in our circumstances, even if the reasons aren't  immediately apparent. God's timing reflects His ultimate control over all things and His intimately being involved in human lives.  God's infinite knowledge and power allow Him to see the bigger picture and orchestrate the events in our lives, flawlessly.  I cannot count the number of times I did not know where the money for food or bills was going to come from, when to my astonishment, a check would miraculously appear in the mailbox.  There is no such thing as a coincidence.  God watches out for our wellbeing, that is for sure.  I believe each and every one of us have experienced something similar.  He has a timetable for everything; He is never in a hurry but Always right on time for His will and purpose in our lives.  We all remember praying for  the healing for friends and family or a number of different things or situations. It felt like our prayers just went unanswered and we were left confused and unclear.  The world around you just kept moving on while leaving you in a place you did not want to be.  We all want good things to happen in our lives but we want it NOW...  We all need growth in the area of trusting God.  If you are missing joy and peace within, then you most likely are lacking trust in Him.  Learning to trust God is without a doubt one of the largest lessons we all need to learn while journeying through life.  This is not easy and it requires a conscious daily commitment to surrender your life to Him.  It can, however, be one of the most freeing and peaceful lessons you can learn.

THERE IS AN APPOINTED TIME FOR EVERYTHING AND A RIGHT TIME FOR EVERY EVENT UNDER HEAVEN.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 116

If you have something truly valuable to share with the world, it will come through your personality; your authenticity.  This is your spark of identity; your divinity that sets you apart and makes you different from any other living creature.  Do not ever compare yourself with others.  Many fears are born out of these type comparisons.  Nurture your strength of spirit;  do not cause yourself distress over such matters.  You have a right to be here just as the other person does.  Whether or not it is exactly clear to you at the time, have no doubt that the universe is unfolding just as it should be.  Whatever your aspirations in this chaotic world, keep peace within your soul.  Your authenticity is your quality of being genuine; when your actions and expressions align with your true self, values and beliefs.  That is when you are true to your core self and not conforming to outside expectations.  You need to act from your own authority and forge your own path in life.  There should be an alignment between your inner self and the actions you take.  Do not deviate from that balance because of external pressures or social conformity.
I am speaking directly to myself as well.  In the past, during my first marriage, I changed myself to try and make the marriage succeed.  Matter of fact, it was to such an extreme, once the relationship was overwith, I had to learn who I was.  I certainly didn't recognize myself.  I built my existence around his identity as if I was not an individual, and pushed my wants and needs into the background. This was a very hard thing to work through after being in this marriage for twenty years.  If I had only known then what I was truly doing to myself, I would hopefully have done things differently.  I did anything I had to to keep the peace in our home.  I wore a mask, so that no one else knew about how bad it was.  Rather than speaking up as I should have, I let things go.
I pray all of you take my words to heart.  To hide the real you only causes more heartache in the end.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 115

Trust in God to weave your life's thread into a wonderfully magical fulfilling web, even though you cannot see it yet.  Have an unshakable faith within you that God will finish what he started.  Believe in His promises.
Have an unwavering commitment to your beliefs.  Remain firm and stable in spite of any challenges or doubts.  It involves having a deep trust in God's plan for your life, a willingness to  rely on His plan and having a life characterized by consistent spiritual stability and action, rather than being swayed by external pressures or changing emotions.
Trust in God even though you do not fully understand His plan.  Know that you can make a habit of relying on God's strength.  Be willing to endure, practice humility and give up the need for instant gratification.  Favor lasting faithfulness by learning to pursue God even when the feelings of His presence may seem distant to you.  He wants you to have that unshakable faith that He is always with you through all the highs and lows of your life.  He will never leave you, nor forsake you.  One of my favorite Bible verses is Isaiah 41:10 which says:

Fear not, for I am with you:
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.  I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.

This is a very powerful passage which offers comfort and blessed assurance of His promise to be present with His people, strengthening them and giving them support through difficulties; urging you to not be afraid or anxious. Fear is our natural response to challenges of the unknown, however we can rest in the fact that NOTHING, but nothing, takes our Sovereign God by surprise.
Friends, Rely On Him, Always,

God Bless You All,

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 114

What are the building blocks of life or death?  Your words are.  The words you speak set the cornerstone of your reality.  Circumstances and conditions are subject to change, but with the support of the words you speak, you can establish them in your life forever.  We all live within the confines of the boundary you create with your own words.

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good;  an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil:  for out of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh.
Luke 6:45

Your own words can truthfully change your immune system for the better or the worse.  The words you speak are vital to your health and well-being.  So many of us tell ourselves often, "I feel terrible" or "my body hurts." Without knowing it, we are creating a reality within us.  We must speak the language of health to our bodies.  God's words are infused into us, by giving voice to His Word by our own mouths and THIS is the language of health to our bodies.  Affirmations of God's Word in faith WILL build up your immune system.  Medical science aids healing physically by administering medicine.
God's Divine healing is Spiritual and administered through the spirit.  When the Word of God is engrafted into your spirit, it produces results in the body as well.  When you speak God's words from the heart, your faith gives substance to His promises. Speak the word of faith to your body.  Speak as though you already have your healing.  Our bodies were created with the ability to heal itself.  When you are sick, do not deny you're sick, but do not constantly tell yourself you are.  Your body will respond to your voice.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 113

Inner child wounds have been experienced by so many of us.  They are buried oh so deep.
Usually they are wounds that inevitably take the longest to bring to the surface and heal.
These are emotional and psychological, caused from
bad childhood experiences.  These wounds can stem from a single incident or ongoing experiences that leave emotional scars.  Emotional wounding is the most common type of childhood trauma coming from  dismissed or ignored emotions.
It then becomes very difficult for the person to maintain any emotional stability.

They are:

1   Abandonment
2   Guilt
3.  Trust
4   Neglect
5.  Humiliation
6.  Betrayal and
7.  Injustice

With an abandonment wound you feel left out, you fear being left, you hate being left alone, you are co-dependent, you will threaten to leave and are most definitely attracting emotionally unavailable people as well.

Guilt wounds make you feel overall bad, you do not like to ask for things, you use guilt to manipulate others to get what you want,  you are afraid to set any boundaries with others, and you normally attract people who make you feel guilty.

With a trust wound you are afraid of being hurt, you definitely do not trust yourself, you will go out of your way to find reasons to not trust someone else.  You feel very insecure and need alot of external validation.  You do not feel safe and usually attract other people who do not feel safe when with you either.

Neglect wounds cause a person to struggle to let things go, you have very low self-esteem and will get angry very easily.  This person will struggle to say "no".
They repress their emotions and fear being vulnerable.  They often attract others who do not appreciate them or make them feel seen...

Humiliation wounding is when a child has dealt with constant criticism and embarrassment.  Parents instill fear within them.
This leads to paranoia, despair and depression.

Having a childhood betrayal wound is caused by parents never keeping their promises to the child; so much inconsistency that leads to a difficuly in trusting people and forming healthy relationships.  They are always waiting for the next disappointment.

A child's deep-seated feelings of unfairness or imbalance within their early experiences is what is known as an injustice wound.  It arises when a child experiences unfair treatment, harsh discipline or being held to unrealistic standards.  An upbringing by parents who are cold and authoritative burden their children with a disrespectful educational style and most assuredly cause harm emotionally as well as psychologically.

These facts will help you get understanding on how adults have become the people they are.  Things experienced in their early formative years cause many wounds that can remain for a lifetime.
When we go inside ourselves and find strength within to pull these repressed memories to the surface, they can then be dealt with, healed and finally released to never harm our present reality.

I Love You All,
💞🕊
