"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 66

I trust the Divine within my life circumstances with my whole heart.
His promises in my life, I will always believe in.  I will not fear anything that is to come in the future for me.  The things we deal with every day will more than likely get worse before they get better. We are, however, on the right track to bring this beautiful country of ours back to a healed state.  We must be thankful for all we have in the present moment.  It will take all of us to bring about great change. God promises that He will never leave us nor forsake us.  God's light is the love within us all; that love is the Divine. It is sacred.
When God separated my love and I, He promised us, that after our healing takes place, the two of us would reunite. This is one of my greatest desires; to be loved by the one person who will love me the way God loves me.  I believe it will be so, with everything in me.  I believe our Divine union is on it's way back to us now.  I can feel it.
Within my healing, I have expanded my awareness.  I see clearly, I think clearly.  I live my life as authentically as possible.  I use my strong intuition and insight to navigate through my day.  I want to pass on the things I've learned to help each and every one of you as best I can.
We all deserve to enjoy our lives, be playful and spontaneous.
We are all creative beings. God made us to be creative in life.  If you stay centered and grounded, you will realize that we ourselves create the life we want through our thoughts and our heart's desire.  That's why negative thinking gets you nowhere. Do what you can to keep those negative thoughts away.  We all have spiritual gifts.
God has given these gifts to us to glorify Him.  We are co-creators in this world.
You must learn to show yourself compassion and forgive yourself for ever doubting your self worth.  I know.  It's not easy to do when someone judges you, or rejects you, but over your healing process, you will become so much stronger and will know and understand how worthy you truly are.  We are all being transformed and guided into our purpose.  We are not the same person we were yesterday, and we will be a stronger version of ourselves tomorrow.  We can all be confident in our ability to persevere.  Think of all the beauty God has created for us to enjoy.  Use that beauty for inspiration.  We are all integral parts of the cosmic change.  We all harness magical energy within us.  Embrace that spiritual magic and manifest the things your heart dreams of.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 65

I am speaking today about energy chakras and their affirmations.
I want all of you to understand about there importance as well as their locations within the body.

First there is the 'Root Chakra', located at the base of the spine. The affirmation attached to the root chakra is "I Am Secure".
You feel safe, protected and free from worry or doubt.  You are confident in your situation and not apprehensive about potential risks or threats. A blocked root chakra can cause a lack of energy, a feeling of being disconnected from others and an inability to experience joy.  Depression and anxiety can be prevalent.

Next is the 'Sacral Chakra' located two inches below your navel.  It governs the sexual organs, abdomen and hips.
The sacral chakra is responsible for physical, emotional and creative fulfillment.  It's affirmation is "I Am Creative".
It is connected to the feelings of intimacy, trust and creativity.  It helps you express yourself and build bonds with others.  A blocked sacral chakra causes anger, fear, low libido, lack of creativity and relationship problems.

The 'Solar Plexus' is your strength, your vitality, your ego, your willpower, stamina and your inner power.  It is the center where you get things done and your sense of self.  The affirmation for the solar plexis is
"I Am Worthy".  This energy center is located just above your belly button.  If it is blocked it can cause issues with low self-esteem, stomach issues and eating disorders.  It has connections to the lower back, liver and gall bladder.

The 'Heart Chakra' governs love, compassion, relationships and emotional balance.  It helps you connect deeply and feel empathy.  When the heart chakra is balanced, you will feel more open to giving and receiving love.  When your heart chakra is blocked you will have difficulty trusting others, physical tension in the chest, you will feel loneliness and difficulty in forming meaningful relationships.  The affirmation for the heart chakra is "I Am Loved".  The heart center acts as a bridge between the lower chakras, which focus on the physical and emotional, to the upper chakras that connect with  spirituality and enlightenment.  Your heart chakra is located in the center of the chest, behind your sternum and just above your heart.

The 'Throat Chakra' is located in the center of the neck.  It holds our ability to express ourselves clearly, both verbally and nonverbally.  It enables us to communicate our thoughts, feelings and beliefs authentically.  This chakra encourages us to embrace our individuality and share our unique gifts with the world.  It allows us to speak our truth and manifest our creative potential.
The affirmation for the throat chakra is "I Am Honest".

Our 'Third Eye' is located in the center of the forehead between the eyebrows.  It's affirmation is "I Am Aware".
The third eye chakra signifies the unconscious mind.  It allows you to see truths beyond what your eyes can see.  It is associated with intuition, higher knowledge and your sixth sense.  It associates with deeper understanding, gut feelings and regulation of your fears and sense of power.  If your third eye is blocked it can cause a variety of physical and emotional symptoms including headaches,
sinus issues, vision problems, insomnia and migraines.

And then there is 'The Crown Chakra'.  It is located on the top of our head and is responsible for our spiritual connection and transformation.  It is closely linked to our brain and nervous system.  The crown chakra is how we connect to a higher power, the universe, nature and a greater sense of purpose.  It brings awareness that you are a soul wearing a human body.
It provides higher guidance in clarity, wisdom and a sense of mastery over life.  If it is blocked, you will feel disconnected to your purpose, passion and inspiration.  You will lack motivation,  have light sensitivity, poor sleep quality and brain fog.  In a spiritual context, the crown symbolizes authority, power, divine connection and the highest level of achievement.

These are the seven energy chakras.  To unblock them where
energy is flowing freely throughout the body, meditation with healing frequencies is the key.
The chakra opening frequencies include 432hz
              528hz
              639hz
              741hz
              852hz
and       963hz
These can be found and listened to on YouTube.
Try it...you will be surprised at how much better you will feel...

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 64

The best all around protection for the child of God is putting on full armor; the full armor of God.  Without it, I personally would not be able to survive each day; I would be entirely too vulnerable.

I put on the Full Armor of God...

I put on the Boots of Peace,
The Belt of Truth,
The Breastplate of Righteousness,
The Shield of Faith,
The Helmet of Salvation, and
The Sword of the Spirit.

"Boots of Peace" signifies a willingness to spread the good news of Christ. To stand firm in your faith in the midst of challenges, representing a spiritual stance of peace and stability in the face of adversity.

"Belt of Truth" represents the foundational truth of God's Word to be held close to one's heart.  It is our support against deceit and lies, actively embracing and living by God's truth to stand firm against spiritual attacks.

"Breastplate of Righteousness" is the protective armor representing the moral perfection attained through Christ.  By putting on this breastplate, believers are protected from spiritual attacks by relying on God's righteousness as their own; guarding your heart against evil and sin.

"The Shield of Faith" means relying on your strong belief in God as a protective barrier against spiritual attack, doubts and temptations or negative influences.  When faced with challenges or uncertainty, holding on to your faith will shield you from doubt and fear.

"The Helmet of Salvation" symbolizes the protection of our minds and thoughts from evil through the assurance of our salvation in Christ.  Just as a physical helmet protects the head, "the Helmet of Salvation" protects the mind from negative thoughts, doubts and temptations by reminding us of the secure foundation of our faith.

In every battle or warfare, weapons are used for defense.
The "Sword of the Spirit" is the spiritual weapon God has provided for you.  The Sword is the Word of God.  All scripture is God-breathed and useful for our protection against the evil one.  The Word carries God's power and authority. If you think His Word does not make the evil one flee, you would be wrong.  Leaning on the Word is a tremendous protection for a Christian against the dark one.

Your way of putting on the full armor of God can be praying, studying scripture, journaling, being kind and helping others,
exercising, and spending time with friends who have high standards.

When stepping into your spirit filled, Christian walk, the Full Armor of God is definitely necessary for staying protected in this dark world.
My friends, put on your protective armor and stand in God's perfect love and protection.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 63

Having a different perspective is having a different way of looking at something other than the usual or conventional way; seeing things from a different point of view.
There are different  perspectives such as psychological, literary or many other types of perspective.  A cognitive perspective focuses on how people think, learn and remember.  A humanistic perspective creates a picture of someone's unique traits and behaviors.  Psychodynamic refers to unconscious psychological processes such as fear and how childhood experiences shape adult personality.  A behavioral perspective focuses on a person's observable behavior and how external stimuli shapes human actions.
A literary perspective would refer to the narrator's point of view.  His personal inner thoughts about the story's characters, events and settings.  These things are formed from the narrator's own beliefs, background and experiences. His perspective acts as a lens through which the story is told.  It influences how the reader interprets the story's characters and events.
I have always seemed to have a different way of looking at things, which in my case has caused some rather fiery and confusing conversations. I came into the world standing on beliefs that automatically made me look like a crazy person to the rest of the population, because it was so far outside the normal human belief system.  I really didn't know where my information was coming from but deep within myself, I knew it to be true. I talked so much about things normally outside human understanding, they could have possibly thought I needed a permanent address at the asylum. When you have that kind of deep buried knowledge that comes to the surface within yourself, it gives you such a sadness inside because there is no one who understands you.  I am using myself as an example.  Just because no one understood me, it did not mean my words were untrue.  That can go both ways.  That is why listening to each other is so important and taking into account someones belief system and upbringing.
We are currently in a time when our ego seems to take over;  we desire to enjoy at the expense of others.  We constantly desire, think, intend and act with the aim of benefiting our personal ego.  The ego controls that human part within us, and we are slaves to it.  There is really nothing good about this kind of situation, but we still go through the motions.   The more we awaken to the fact that our ego is behind our actions, than the more we realize just how phony and egotistical we are.  We distort everything to benefit ourselves alone and not neccessarily siding with the truth; we just know we are right...lol
When two people have two different opinions on an issue, what can you do about it?
Communication is necessary by talking to the person and giving them your point of view and listening to their point as well.  Being openminded is important for both of you.  Accept the other's point of view and digest it, allowing for the conversation to move ahead. Lastly, have the willingness for the both of you to land on common ground. All people give opinions according to their own beliefs, understanding, mindset, experiences and upbringing.  Something to take to heart is just because they have a different point of view, it does not make them wrong.
In a love relationship, different perspectives can arise from individual experiences, values, communication styles, attachment styles and even how each person interprets love itself.  This can lead to varying viewpoints on intimacy, commitment, conflict resolution and overall expectations within the partnership.  Some people may focus on the emotional connection where another might hold more focus with the physical intimacy aspect of the relationship.  The difference in perspective on what a healthy relationship looks like could possibly cause issues.  This is where unconditional love for your partner comes in;  focusing on your love for each other and making sacrifices.  Clearly express your needs and opinions openly in conversation.  Never avoid conflict by withdrawing or minimizing the issue.  Confront the issue even if it may lead to an argument.  By going about it this way, compromise can be found; finding that middle ground where both partners are satisfied with the outcome. Having open communication, empathy in understanding the other's point of view, and focusing on finding solutions to issues together are all of great importance.  The love a couple holds in their hearts for each other makes all the difference.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 62

Ascension into 5D is a spiritual concept that describes the process of expanding your conciousness to a higher state of awareness.  It is also the same as the spiritual awakening.  It is shifting from a 3D mindset which is what the larger part of the population is in now to 5D consciousness;  transitioning into a state of unity and unconditional love.  It is moving from being materially focused to a nonphysical realm. It is recognizing that your thoughts, feelings and actions impact all of us.  5D transcends the limitations of our physical world.  Our present 3D world centers around material concerns, linear time and a focus on ones ego;  a world where most of humanity has existed for millenia.
Ascension itself refers to learning that there is no separation between us.  We are all connected by the very force that creates life.  That force flows through each and every living thing.  Living in the 5th dimension is a way of seeing, feeling and behaving that respects the divine in all of us.
The 5D world begins for us when we become spiritually awakened.  We will, at that time, remain conscious of that fact. The 5th dimension is not a physical place you go to. Those who ascend will be within a higher vibrational frequency.  Anyone wishing to stay with the old vibrational patterns will eventually be reincarnated within
a world that vibrates as they do.
Ascending to the 5th dimension is an inner change that leads to a deeper understanding of oneself and the world.  Some ascension symptoms are letting go of judgement, trusting your needs will be met, radiating love and compassion, and feeling more connected to your inner self and other people.  You will learn that everything is energy, all vibrating at different frequencies.  Something I am experiencing now is called ascention flu;  flu like symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, body aches and sometimes nausea.  You will notice that processed foods no longer feel right to your body.  I have recently changed my eating habits and I do feel much better.
5D is knowing your power and using it for good, seeing others as being part of you, doing your inner healing work, setting clear boundaries and living in full flow and trust.  Detachment from the physicality of 3D offers a spiritually awakened experience; bringing healing, karmic clearing and balance to our souls.  In this transformative phase,  the planet's energy vibrates higher, bringing more light and exposing the darkness or shadows within us and society.  Facing our shadows requires confronting and working with our darker aspects.  As a person awakens, they tap into the higher timeline of 5D.  Your senses will heighten along with your psychic abilities.  The veil will thin between our world and the spiritual realm.  It is an incredible time where sychronicities and psychic phenomena become frequent and almost predictable; guiding us towards more mindful 5D living.   We will experience a new normal; a state of bliss and joy, unaffected by the turmoil of the 3D world.  As talked about previously, our reality will mirror our expectations. By anticipating miracles and sychronicities, we attract them into our lives.  This in turn leads to a collective shift that promises a new, enlightened Earth.  I am commited to  sharing this information and guiding others through this journey.  Each of us have a unique path of getting to and maintaining a higher vibrational state.  Once someone leaves ego behind, they step into the person they are meant to be; everything will flow naturally like a normal part of your day.  5th density or 5D is what you may have heard referred to as 'the new earth'.  People have mistakenly thought that 5D is an actual physical place you would ascend to and you have to die to get there.  This is just not true.  To save you time in agonizing over it, 5th dimension is a state of mind, not any actual place. Actually explaining to someone what the new earth is, is not very easy.  During an awakening journey, people experience many things.
Everyone will feel similar in that they will experience insomnia and a loss of appetite.  As your awareness grows, you will typically lose friends because they no longer vibrate with your frequency.   Don't sweat it. Your friends have made up their mind, there's no getting them back.  They are operating on a lower frequency and no longer have commonality with you. You just won't feel right around them any more. Your family members will think you are crazy.  Don't sweat that either.  It's all a part of the transition you are experiencing.
It is an uncomfortable feeling but it is what it is.  Sadly, alot of relationship partners will no longer feel good together as well. We will eventually find our place in life that feels good for us.  A lesson here would be to look for your enlightenment within your spirit, not your mind. You, your body, mind and senses are the only tools needed in the new earth.
In the new earth, colors are more vibrant and saturated.  Everything looks and smells beautiful.  Most of us don't wake up until we are at an older age.  Do we have to experience the world's wrongs first?  It seems that way.  Experiencing all the wrongs, before knowing what it is we are supposed to know.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 61

Have you ever found it hard to let go of a grudge you are holding on to?  Sometimes in life, we have times that our anger in certain situations just refuses to let go.  I am sure we have all been there.  There was a time when anything that upset me terribly, would cause me to dig my heels in and hold a grudge for a very long time.  There were times when I held a grudge so long I actually forgot why I was holding the grudge in the first place.
I still have things that make me upset from time to time, but I no longer am judgemental of someone's actions for very long.
We are all on the same journey called life.  I am certain I have done things that another was upset at me about.  Being judgemental is terribly overrated in my opinion.   When you see an action or behavior of a person, do not criticize the motives of the person, but focus strictly on the action itself.  Avoid judgements based on personal opinions or standards. Being nonjudgemental  means being open-minded, tolerant and receptive.  Improve your emotional regulation and enhance your interpersonal relationships.  Don't be judgy, in that you do not express bad opinions of another's behavior. Being judgy, alot of times, is because you have the opinion that you are better than the other person.  You have no right to judge people because of the way they look or what they believe.  Matthew 7:1 says, Judge not, that you be not judged.  Consider your own faults before judging someone elses.  You will be judged by the same standards you use in judging others.  Jesus warns us that judging others will lead to your own judgement and condemnation.  A good friend is always nonjudgemental; never  tending to judge other people harshly or unfairly.  While it is impossible to keep judgements from arising, it is about changing your relationship to your judgements.  Know that they are temporary thoughts.  Don't let them take over just because they arise in your mind.  We are trying to build a culture where being judgemental is diminished; where kindness and understanding grow.  Think of how it would be having a career as a judge.  This is one of the most highly esteemed professions out there.  It requires careful listening, deep reflection and wisdom in order to determine penalties to be imposed for specific actions.  Distinguishing between judging actions and judging people must be done.  Judges have to bring objectivity and clarity of thought, not judginess as they weigh their decisions carefully.  There is nothing wrong with the judging of actions, however, you must separate actions from the people that perpetrate them.  What do you really know about the person you are judging?  We all have baggage and a past.  Every one of us live with our levels of reaction, hurt, denial, anger and hypocracy.  We are all imperfect.  You can consciously choose to cut someone some slack even though striving to influence changed behaviors you believe are worthy of judgement.  Reflect on how it feels to be judged yourself.  Surely you have felt the sting of someone else's judgement.  It did not feel so good.  Ask yourself if you really want to add to someone's pain.  Unless the person has wronged you personally, chances are you don't.  Let your reflection temper the judgement.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 60

Darkness is the absence of light.
Living in darkness is a life without Christ.  It is living in a world of deception, wickedness, corruption and all kinds of evil works.  Our lives are dependent on our rational mind.  The absence of truth in our rational mind shows in our outlook of life.  If you live in darkness, you
stick with rationality and forsake Christ's truth.  The rational mind cannot make a distinction of what evil is because it does not know the truth.  Someone who lives this way cannot classify what is good and will fall into all kinds of evil in their life.  You will never know you are in darkness until you encounter the light.  The meaning of life, who you truly are and your true purpose in life will be out of your reach until you experience the light.
Light is to the eyes as the truth is to the brain.  When the eyes see, it communicates information to the brain to inform the person in what to do.  In darkness, however, the actions and thoughts come from a place of deception and blindness due to the absence of light for the eyes to see.  When life is like this, it can only lead to death;  it keeps you bound and you are utterly destroyed by the enemy.
Upon receiving Christ's light, you
experience a change in the way you view life.  You begin to see clearly and understand the truth with the mind.  The life of a person in the light is transformed.  Your former desires, which were works of darkness that held you bound, are no longer going to destroy your precious life because they are simply gone.  The light in Christ consciousness will illuminate your mind to the truth of your identity and your life's purpose;  you are a child of God and were created to bring glory to God in all things.  Life will be full of wonderful experiences living in the light. My life in Christ has been by far the most joyful, amazing and exciting time of life I have ever had.
Below are some bible verses speaking about the light:

John 8:22
Whoever walks with Christ, has the light of the world.

Psalms 27:1
The light of God gives us the confidence to walk without fear.

1 John 1:5-9
The light of God illuminates our hearts to love the way God calls us to love.

Always seek the light.  A life separate from Christ plunges you into the deepest darkness.  You can SEE NOTHING.

In that darkness, the mind cannot operate within God's will due to the absence of the truth.  I never understood the things of God until I received life in Christ.
It brought the light I needed into my life.  Today, I just wanted to share the distinction between life in darkness and a life within the light.  My heart yearns for your hearts to be drawn to seeking out life in Christ. Christ's light will illuminate your life to overcome every darkness.
God Bless You All,
