"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 104

Shadow work is inner healing work and it involves working with your unconscious mind to uncover the parts of yourself which you have repressed and hidden from yourself.  This includes any trauma you have experienced or parts of your personality that you subconsciously consider to be undesirable.  Anyone can do their shadow work on their own.
This can include diving into reasons for jealousy or confronting feelings of anger or pent up aggression.
Shadow work IS NOT EVIL.  It is a psychological process through which you go through personal growth in your life.  It involves your acknowlegement of all parts of yourself and integrating  even parts considered to be negative, to achieve wholeness and balance.  Although not dangerous, it can be intense and emotionally challenging.  Exploring hidden emotions and past experiences, especially related to trauma, can be overwhelming and it is important to have a support system if concerned about being able to handle such intensity.  If not done with care and a person is already dealing with underlying severe depression or anxiety, shadow work could possibly cause these illnesses to become worse.  Delving into unresolved issues without proper support can cause retraumatization.
Set limits on your emotional and mental energy devoted to your shadow work, taking breaks when needed.   Prioritize your self care.  Ensure you have enough emotional resilience to handle the challenging feelings which may arise.  Ultimately, doing shadow work offers immense potential for emotional healing, personal growth and self-awareness for improved relationships.  Without proper self-awareness or control, you do run the risk of amplified negative traits such as acting out or engaging in unhealthy coping mechanisms.  Look to your support system while going through these difficult parts of your shadow work.  This support system you put in place, is absolutely priceless during these more difficult times in your self-awareness journey.

I LOVE YOU ALL,
💞🕊

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 103

Happiness is a very powerful thing.  It affects your physical health as well as your emotional health.  Your productivity can greatly improve when you're happy.  Relationships thrive so well when both parties are happy in their lives.  Happiness is not just a fleeting emotion.  Cultivating your happiness leads to a more resilient and fulfilling life.
Happiness in your life is connected to a stronger immune system, lower stress levels and  decreased risk of heart disease.
Happy individuals experience all around less pain, better sleep and much better coping mechanisms for stress and negative emotions.  There is also a correlation between happiness and a longer lifespan.  Happy people are definitely more resilient in the face of life's challenges.  Happiness brings on a better mindset and will improve your focus and creativity during your workday.
A sense of fulfillment comes along with alignment with your core values and meaningful purpose.
While happiness can be influenced by external things, it is also a choice which is cultivated through action.  Happy individuals are able to bounce back from life's setbacks in a much better way.
Happiness is not just a feeling; not at all.  It is a very powerful state of mind that can significantly improve your overall wellbeing and contribute wonderfully to a much more fulfilling life.
You, and you alone are responsible for whatever it is that you allow in your life.  Strive to be the happiest you can be in life.  Prioritize yourself and become better equipped to (interstand) what and who you need in your life to be happy and what is best left in the past in order for you to be able to move forward in life.
And as for me and my life's happiness, I am speaking directly to you, the love of my life;
This is your green flag!
Divine masculine...
I Love You.
Come Home.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 102

Life can feel as though it is a constant struggle.  This feeling can come from many things; personal challenges, relationships,  financial problems and the emotional impact of life changes.  Seeking ways to cope  through self-reflection, support or setting goals, is necessary for personal growth and well-being.  Signs you may be struggling could be lack of sleep, lack of appetite or energy levels, trouble with concentration, social withdrawal and continuing to harbor a negative mindset.  If any of these things become persistent, it would be wise to seek help.  We are not meant to go through times, such as these, alone.
Make sure to reach out to a family member, friend or someone else you trust to share how you are feeling.  Continuing your self-care by exercising regularly can go a long way in combating depression.  Making time for other activities you enjoy are also very important for bringing yourself out of a dark place.  Feeling overwhelmed is NOT a sign of weakness.  We all go through this in our lives.  It's okay to ask for help.  There are always resources available to get you through difficult times.
Life is always going to
be an ebb and flow;  it's like being on a roller coaster, with all the ups and downs.  As strange as it is to think about, for all who at one time or another have questioned why God is allowing certain trials in our lives,  it is not God causing these things. Stop blaming Him. We have all chosen the details of our existence for each lifetime, ourselves, before we were ever born.  Just as a reminder, this world exists as a learning school basically, for us to accomplish the lessons, we as an individual, need to learn in order to ascend into a higher vibrational timeline.  There is not a single one of us who are better than the other.  Underneath the human suit we are wearing,  we were created the same and are all beings of light, having human experiences.  Now whether we choose to connect with our inner light source or remain in darkness, that is our own decision.  We have free will.  Remember this...anything that goes against your free will in this world, no matter what it is or causes confusion of any kind, IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT OF GOD, PERIOD.

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 101

What does it mean to be spiritually bankrupt?  Being an overly pessimistic person who chases happiness through material things and is very heavily led by ego.  At certain times in my life, I can certainly remember even the slightest problem could seem to become overwhelming, continuously worsening over time, with more trauma or issues adding to my already highly negative thought patterns.  I had such a negative mindset, everything, and I do mean everything, just seemed to be devastating to me.  I held on to every little thing, during those times, and let them grow inside my negative mind, until I would blow up when it all became too much.  This is why the Divine wants us to heal from the inside out.  I do not let things bother me like I used to.  I just let it roll right off my back, pick myself up, and keep on going.  This does not mean I do not have things bother me;  I just do not allow it to control my thoughts anymore.
Choose the right type of people to associate with for a good starting point.  If you hang with pessimistic people, you will certainly have a time keeping yourself thinking positively. Associate with true positive people who love God and abide by God's laws.  Do not criticize or harm those who want closeness with the Divine.  There is most certainly a void within every person which can only be filled by being restored in fellowship with Him.
Undergoing trauma such as losing material things are connected to the depth of the ego that needs healing.  It does not actually have a connection to the awakening process itself. You could lose things or become spiritually bankrupt without ever becoming spiritually awakened.  The same is true that you can awaken spiritually without ever losing any material goods or being bankrupt spiritually.  However, trauma can be a catalyst for introspection and people will start to look at themselves in a deeper way.
But too, deep suffering is not the only means to this.  A person could also become deeply curious about the truth and curious about themselves and wonder who they truly are.
Karmic debt is something we owe ourselves...WE ARE OUR OWN KARMA.  Karma is not something outside ourselves.  Karma means 'imprint' and every action we take, both inner and outer,  creates some kind of an imprint within us.  These imprints make us who we are; so we ARE our karma.  An imprint can lie dormant for lifetimes but at some point it will surface and will draw certain people and situations that match a particular imprint within you.  Such as an imprint of kindness draws more kindness to you.  If there is an imprint of negativity, selfishness or harm it draws the same to you; this is what karmic debt is.  We will magnetically draw situations that will trigger our imprints, whether it is with happiness or unhappiness, until we attain enlightenment.  At that point, our karmic imprints will fall off of us as leaves fall from a tree.
There are three spiritual reasons for anything we have in our lives:
(But do not want to experience from the ego's perspective)

1.  Karma

2.  Destiny (Soul planned                                 between lifetimes)

3.  Use or Misuse of free will
                   (By someone else)

Spiritual blockages are created by the residue of heavy emotions, past traumas or pain, which are stuck in your energetic body.  You can realize then, just what an effect this can have on someone who is not healed of all the past emotions and pain.  That's why these imprints have to be brought to the surface, healed and released.  Only then, can you truly move forward in your truth.
I hope this has helped you better understand how karma works within our lives.

Peace and Love,
💞🕊

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 100

In a spiritual context, judgment refers to a divine evaluation of a person's deeds that lead to consequences after their life ends, carried over into their next life or consequences within a spiritual rebirth commonly referred to as karma.  I never really believed that karma was a real thing, but once I went through my initial awakening, I learned very quickly that our divine universe does most certainly hand out karma for every decision, every choice we make, whether good or bad.  No one escapes it. Spiritual decernment is akin to
spiritual judgment as it is the ability to decern and understand the true nature of our reality; separating truth from falsehood, and recognizing the divine within oneself and others.  Discernment is a process of self-reflection, introspection and understanding the consequences of one's actions.
A judgmental person is one with
a tendency to form opinions without having all the information or understanding of a situation.  This can lead to projecting insecurities onto others.  No matter how you look at it,  it can form walls of separation between people because of the trauma.  The person on the receiving end of an attack on their character,  they can either react and lash out with anger or they can act in a more Godly manner and walk away with their head held high.  You see, there will always be people that make it their goal in life to make everyone else miserable.  They go out of their way and talk their talk and spread their rumors.  The reason for it at its core, is they could be jealous of that other person for some reason or have been hurt over something.  It is very true that hurt people hurt other people.  They are likely to express negative opinions of others focusing on their flaws and imperfections.  Their judgment is always rooted in their own insecurities or beliefs rather than a genuine understanding of the situation.  I learned a long time ago, never take something as truth when it has come from the mouth of others.  If you want to know something, go straight to the source.  Judgmental individuals struggle to see something from a different perspective or understand the reasons behind someone else's actions.
Assumptions can cause great difficulty.  Assumptions such as considering a person lazy because they were late to work, when they may have had some kind of emergency come up, or quickly judging someone's character based maybe on a single incident without understanding the full context.  Some people lack empathy for others and just rush to judgment.  When decernment turns mean, it is toxic, whether the victim or the perpetrator.  Learn more about cultivating a mindset to reduce judgment and increase compassion.  Distinguish between judging actions and judging people.  There is nothing wrong with judging actions.  That is why there are judges sitting in a courtroom; they are judging actions.  Never be judgy of the person.  A judge has to distinguish between the two.  A judge is supposed to bring clarity of thought about a situation without using judginess against the person themselves. Stop and think about any person who you may be judging for an action.  We all come with our histories and baggage.  We all live with some degree of hurt, denial, anger and hypocrisy.
We are all imperfect.

God's blessings be upon you,
💞🕊

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 99

Taking accountability is an important part of being your true self.  It is being responsible for your actions and decisions and also being able to justify those things.  It is being responsible for both positive and negative outcomes and also being prepared to take corrective action when necessary.  Take ownership of your actions and the consequences of those actions.  You need to be able to explain why you made certain choices. Your actions can cause  pain and confusion in certain circumstances.  At times all people are unaware that each of us have consequences in decisions made without thinking them through.  I have pulled some doozies that I totally regret.  The unhealed part of me pushed for my desired outcomes where I should not have and I am so sorry that I ever treated someone in that way.  Love will make you do some very questionable things.
Once I healed, I found my deep feelings for this man still intact. I knew the moment I glanced in his direction, that I loved him and that we had history together from the past.
We had just met at the wrong time. Neither one of us were healed. Our time is coming into alignment now, presently.  We will always strive to act with integrity and be honest with each other.  It is a very important component to any type relationship.
Companies are accountable to employees and shareholders,
employees are accountable for their work performance and governments are certainly accountable to the public for their policies and decisions.  It makes me so happy that our country is being revamped from the ground up.  It's about time all these crooked politicians and others are held accountable for all the damage that has been done.  Finally, we are once again a free people, rather than being milked dry of what is rightfully ours.  We will receive back everything that was stolen from us, from the time just after our country was stolen from us and deemed a corporation.  Until recently, our country was not under Constitutional law as it was supposed to be.  That is why these policies handed down kept us imprisoned with every turn.  It was the deep state elites plan all along, especially through the Federal Reserve. It has been their cash cow. It will be  mindblowing what all has been burdened upon the people, while all the while heavily lining their own pockets.  We have all been made slaves to the system and all the while, completely blind to it all.  It happened so subtly over decades and decades, no one noticed.
We are gratefully now back under Constitutional Law as of Trump's return to office.
Holding individuals accountable for these actions will motivate people to strive for higher quality and results.
All the actions of President Trump will one day be completely clear and not misunderstood any longer as it is by some right now.  This was government corruption on not just a national scale but a global scale, which is why it has taken so long to bring all these people to justice.  Although you might not see it yet, things are looking up.
God Bless You All,
💞🕊

"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 98

The 'dark night of the soul' refers to a period of deep spiritual crisis.  The perceptions of your meaning of life will fall away.  You have a feeling you are deeply lost and have feelings of emptiness.  It is an extreme challenge because everything you thought your reality to be crumbles. You question your beliefs, your sense of purpose and even your connection to something larger than yourself.  It is a time of intense questioning and doubts, especially within your religious or spiritual framework; a sense of purposelessness and feeling as though life has lost all meaning.
Periods of deep sadness and despair arise and you will feel trapped or completely disconnected.
While very painful, it is a time of great transformation.  Transformation through a very deep spiritual awakening giving you a much stronger renewed sense of self.
Major external events can and will trigger your spiritual awakening.  Questioning one's belief system and a search for deeper meaning within, can also lead to this profound experience.
There will be a release of your self image and illusions of being separate from the world.
The 'dark night of the soul' can be a necessary step to a more authentic self awareness.
The dark night can share symptoms with depression, but it is different at it's core.  Depression is often characterized by sadness, hopelessness and a loss of interest in activities you normally enjoy.  The 'dark night of the soul' is more a spiritually-based crisis and search for meaning even though that search may lead to temporary despair.
This challenging transformation is difficult but potentially an extremely rewarding one.  You will descend into darkness, and it will then light the way to a deeper understanding and a rebirth into your true sense of self.  You will be shown the light through that darkness.
