"OUT OF THE DARKNESS" POST 86

Honesty and truth are necessary for a healthy relationship.  Without it, relationships will not endure the test of time. We come into this world with many lessons to learn in our many different types of relationships we experience.  Many of these relationships were never meant to last forever;  they are brought together to accomplish growth in certain problematic areas.  While you may believe a certain relationship will last, unless it is a relationship based on mutual  trust and a deep love brought together with the Divine as it's solid foundation, they are very rare.  The marital relationship that has God at it's center, is the

 relationship that will last, because both parties have put their trust in the Divine to help them select the right person.  There are many people out there who would not agree that two people who are more compatible with each other have a much greater chance on staying together through thick and thin, building a deep love that lasts a lifetime.  Either you believe in the power of compatible zodiacs or you don't.  Although, not putting much stock in that fact before,  I never realized just how different being truly compatible feels;  it's like a difference of night and day.  When I met the man for me, a few years ago, nothing has been the same for me since then.  We just seemed to flow effortlessly.  When a relationship is not flowing easily, it just is not the right one. Love is not supposed to be hard.  Even being married twice,  I had never felt like this before.  Once he came into my life, no one else would ever be able to take his place.  If it cannot be him,  I will forever remain single.  My love for him, even though we are apart, has never changed.  I love him more today than I did yesterday, and I love him less than I will tomorrow.  That is how I know in my heart, our meeting was no accident; God had a plan in the works for us.  The timing was not right, but the person was the one God intended for me.

Since the day I first saw him, my heart wants him, and only him,  and that's just the way it is...

Sometimes in relationships, sharing the truth with each other can feel so difficult in certain situations, but things will ALWAYS be better for it.  I have told myself that for me to move forward, I would never again be scared of my partner,  to the point that I felt I had to do things on my own without any help.   I want my partner and I to be each other's peace, where we both feel safe and feel like home to each other.   Fearing each other is not ok. That's just not the way things are meant to be. Creating a sense of emotional safety where each one of us can feel comfortable being vulnerable and sharing our true selves is very important.  When partners feel they can communicate openly and honestly, it strengthens their bond and facilitates a deeper connection.  Honesty allows understanding each other's thoughts, feelings and needs, leading to better communication and problem solving in the relationship, to resolve conflicts in a healthier way.  This in turn, leads to greater intimacy.  It will give you a deeper understanding and appreciation of each other's perspectives.  All in all, it builds resilience in the relationship, and an ability to navigate difficult times together.

I am very excited for what is to come in our future.

It makes me very happy,  just thinking about it.
